Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The book must be in its original condition
• The book must be unused and free from damage
• The book must have all original packaging

• Wrong book delivered
• Damaged during shipping
• Defective or misprinted pages
• Missing pages or sections

• eBooks and digital downloads
• Books with signs of use (highlights, notes, etc.)
• Books returned after 7 days
• Books without original packaging

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refund Methods:

• Original Payment Method: If paid online, refund will be credited to the same account
• Store Credit: Can be used for future purchases
• Bank Transfer: For COD orders

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
